That depens on what your opponent does against the Nf3. It can transpose in so many openings.

Yes, one thing to remember is that 1.Nf3 is very flexible for both sides. I have played the reti for a long time but i finally decided it was too difficult for me. Too many different pawn structures and subtle traspositions. I do not recommend it at your lever.
The King's Indian attack can transpose to the English, Catalan, French, and Sicilian, as well symmetrical King's Indian.

The KIA might be a decent proposal. Miracolous, it's true that B can react in various ways but W basic setup remain the same.
