Any Sicilian which goes 1. e4 c5 2. Nf3 and then 3. d4 cxd4 is an open Sicilian since the center has been opened with a pawn exchange.

Forgive me this basic question: there are several lines that use 3.d4 (below). Are all of these classified as "Open Sicilian's" ?
