Opening Explorer Update

Recently, chess.com updated a lot of things including opening explorer.

I don't know if it's just me, but now in daily chess when I want to click on the link to see what moves have been played, it doesn't lead me to the exact position I'm on. Instead, it merely links me to the general variation that we are in. I end up having to manually input a few moves each time since the game usually has branched off from the start of the variation.

Let me know your thoughts on this please, thanks!

There have been debates regarding the use of opening explorer in daily chess, but is it considered cheating?

Using opening explorer is a part of daily chess, so it's definitely fine. Cheating with an engine is not.

I only play Fischer960. Is there an Op Explorer for it, too?;

The beauty of OTB Fischer, no opening preparation, no engines, no ambushing, no cheating...

Just your own knowledge and true understanding of the game...

No it isn't just you Jason I saw that too where it doesn't give you the updated board position it just gives you the opening 5 moves which is stupid if you are a premium member

Same as me. Even on my mobile I use the browser as it has more functionality
