I'm going to pretend that you are being serious and present some counter arguments.

If what you say is true, it logically follows that the site should have "locked" this thread. Their failure to do so is evidence the conspiracy doesn't exist. And why didn't they just erase the thread(s)? They have the ability to do it quite easily.

If I were in charge of running a conspiracy, I'd definitely go with erasing the evidence.
