Pirc Defense against the Harmonist/Rat Defense

hey guys! I am playing the Pirc defense and am a little bit confused what I should play against the Harmonist Variation or Rat Defense which is played after 1.e4 d5 2.f4. Could someone recommend a good video guide against this line? thank you so far! :)
