1. Scotch game as White (1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. d4 2. Dutch defense as black (d4 f5...) 3. Italian as black (I guess you know it, it's the most popular opening) 4. French/Caro-Cann as White (e6 or c6 first move for black, it's fine to me) 5. Bishop's opening as black (1. e4 e5 2.Bc4...)
