How do you play the slow Italian as black?
Following typical Ruy López plans (queen side expansion, knight maneuver to f4, trying to exchange my bad pieces). I don't typically play for a center break unless my opponent is exceptionally behind in development or unless I know it's going to give my pieces freedom for little cost.
2. Scandinavian defence! Its simple and powerful! I played it much as a beginner
3. Bishops opening! Love it. Aggressive and fun. Im playing it in a kings gambit style
4. Portsmouth gambit. Fun! Have not played it much but its aggressive Which i like!
5. Modern benoni. Same as 4. Im new to this opening but i do have Many ideas and i know the theory
1.carro kann 2. london system 3.kings pawn opening 4.itallian 5.french defence if you want good devlopment so carro kann is good if wanna attack so london or itallian

I do not like the Scandinavian cuz I dont like the queen attacked in move 2 also if you dont bring back the queen where it was your opponent can just develop with tempo so its bad
1. Italian game -> fried liver attack

4. 4 nights game -> Halloween gambit
5. Queens gambit

I agree. Your queen is out on move 2 and white can just attack your queen and develop a night.
