QGA and other c|d2c-gambits

This thread is a part of my new program of classification of openings by their pawn stems. The notation c|d2c means that white has no pawns on c-vertical, black has no pawns on d-vertical but doubled pawns on c-vertical. Basically, it happens when black's d-pawn takes the white's c-pawn.

The prototype is, of course, Queen's Gambit Accepted 1.d4 d5 2.dxc4. Here are too others gambits of the same type that I've just found in A00.

Grob Opening: Grob Gambit, Richter-Grob Gambit (A00) 1.g4 d5 2.Bg2 c6 3.c4 dxc4 4.b3

Hungarian Opening: Winterberg Gambit (A00) 1.g3 d5 2.Bg2 e5 3.c4 dxc4 4.b3

Notice that if U continue 4.e5 in Richter-Grob and 4...c6 5.b4 in Winterberg gambit, U'll obtain the same position. It can be called the least common covering of both gambits.

I will naturally call this least common covering lcc the Richter-Grob-Winterberg gambit. It's more logically obtained from Richter-Grob if black refuses to take g4 and b3 pawns and plays 4.e5 instead.
