there's no name to your variation at move 4... but its seems to fall under the heading "modern variations." Your opening isn't terribly good statistically speaking for White... but 2700+ players Svidler and Aronian both won with it in 2006:

Black's third move, Bc4 seems to ba a strong move but, I cannot find this move in my MCO 13 or any other chess book I currently have. The moves 3. ... e6 or Nf3 seems to work ok but I am wondering if anyone has had any experience with this opening.
