Ok, so I lost the challenge I issued to bomdiggity (I think that's how it's spelled), but really, he's rated around 600 higher than me so oh well. But Syntax_error wasn't so lucky, and, being relatively close to my rating, was smoked like a cheap cigar. Here is the game: =)

Yeah, doesn't show much class about it. Anyways, the queen sac on d5 is known to be good for White. A more critical line is 12. exf6, a line GM Dzindzi completely ignores.

According to Wikipedia (no idea how valid this is...) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sicilian_Defence,_Dragon_Variation, 16. ..Be6! gives Black sufficient compensation for the Queen. Wiki cites Golubev for this queen sac by Black.
