Just play and think/evaluate!

just do a bunch of positional play lessons, and bishop vs. knight endgames.

Plenty of books out there on it.  A few standalone and a few as repertoires in conjunction with the Nimzo-Indian.

Invest in one!  You are not going to get coverage here "in detail".

Change the title to: explain the french defense in detail, and I am the man for you

Well, I was looking through old posts on the Bogo looking for guidance and found this. It’s a really fun opening when your opponent plays 3. Nf3 (the anti-Nimzo).

It’s a fun opening that’s fine for black and gives white lots of opportunities to blunder, which my opponent did to hilarious effect the first time I played it. Very few people know any of the theory, and even fewer know the sidelines. The Wade-Smyslov variation is particularly fun (4...a5).

Anyway, the OP was looking for resources and this is a fairly comprehensive resource.
