Does anybody have some information about the Steinitz countergambit and the Morris countergambit? Articles, videos, annotated games, everything is welcome.

For those who might not know the above mentioned openings, it's about 1. d4 d5 (Queen's pawn game) 2. Bf4 (Mason attack) c5 (Steinitz countergambit) 3. e4 (Morris countergambit).
