If white is determined to keep it positional you can't really get a tactical game.
How do you keep 1. d4 f5 positional as white?
Well, in all of the variations white still has to think of many strategies. In the leningrad I remember a karpov game where he had a Ba3 setup and was playing for e4 while black couldn't get in e5, and black had no special tricks at all throughout the game.
