The Fred A Good Openning?
I think Clyde has played 2. f5 position similar to this: http://www.chess.com/blog/BigGStikman/franco-hiva-gambit Playing it with f5 first and the intention to sac 2 pawns might not even be as good as his published line with e6 before f5, but I feel this kind of play is at least as good a try as 2.. Nf6 as Black if not better, practically speaking.
Almost any opening is perfectly playable at below-Master level.
