The creepy part is, you can't capture the pawn without getting to castle first.In this position, GAMBITING HAS TO BE FOLLOWED!

Why would black care? White castling kingside would be a horrid mistake, and would allow black to create a vicious attack. Black taking the pawn cannot be refuted. In any case, that's a terrible pawn structure for white.
It's not "Sitozorian" but Alapin-Blackburne gambit in Philidor defense!
Though 4...Nd7 is better than Bxf3.
