If you go to the Tournament page and look for thematic tournaments you'll find a lot of torneys dedicated to specific variations. If there is no QGD you can create one yourself.

Maybe you should join some groups or teams here. Then you can propose training matches and tournaments in the group's forum. I made a search for "queen's gambit"on the group home page and found several groups dedicated to QGD. Check some of them out.
