Youngsters are not to be spoiled. So first, they must learn that 2.Nc3 is a no-no. 

When they finished learning the whole Carlsbad, Meran, Lasker stuff then they give 2.Nc3 a spin

(Also: how come a line named after Jobava+Rapport..... is solid???? it's anything but solid!!! It's QPG's Frankenstein-Dracula).

Ive been playing this line for around a year now. I had some games I didnt play a very aggressive line against this

Jobava:  1.d4 Nf6 2.Nc3 d5 3.Bf4

Barry Attack:  1.d4 Nf6 2.Nf3 g6 3.Nc3 d5 4.Bf4

Veresov:  1.d4 Nf6 2.Nc3 d5 3.Bg5

Notice the differences.  Jobava and London differ by which Knight is developed.  Barry attack features a fianchetto by Black and both Knights developed to the third rank (in the London, they usually go to f3 and d2, not c3).  The Jobava and Veresov differ based on which square the Bishop goes to.

Does not matter what a large groups of noobs call it.  Doesn't make it true.

If 5 million stupid people called you a giraffe, does that make you a giraffe?

If 300 million Americans call it an ATM Machine, does that make it right?  No!  It's not an ATM Machine.  It's an ATM.  If you wanted to spell out machine, it would be an AT Machine, but nobody of course calls it that.  It's an ATM.  (ATM stands for Automatic Teller Machine, and so ATM Machine would be Automatic Teller Machine Machine, which doesn't make sense).

Point being, nobody cares what "lots of people call it".  Facts are facts, and that's what I laid out - THE FACTS!

Truth is, the Jobava Attack and the London System are not the same thing!  Just because a million morons want to call it what it isn't doesn't change the fact.

So playing 3. Nc3 suddenly makes it not a London?
