K, lol Scholar's mate yeah I stumbled upon that one one time when I was playing my Dad lol, good for a laugh, ending a chess game against a snob who doesn't know what he/she is doing, or quickly finishing a game with any noob that you just don't want to or can't play with for much longer!

In case you didn't get the hint yet, you asked something along the lines of "What's the best galaxy in the universe?"

Now it's time to get over it and start answering your own question through a combination of gaining experience, reading chess books and self-assessment.

PS: Don't concentrate exclusively on openings, concentrate on tactics, general opening principles and endgames.

Another way of looking at it would be, what is the best tool for working on cars, when so many are actually necessary? The right tool for the job is the best tool. Likewise, the right opening or defense is the best one for each situation. You have to be somewhat adaptable. You can't try to play an opening to is completion, after your opponent has chosen a defense that would make it foolish for you to try. So becoming familiar with what the best move to make in any situation, is the ideal piece of knowledge to strive for.
