What is your favorite Opening?

I prefer Sicilian Defense, in general. I Like almost all variations.

i do like the provacative owens defence , generally save that for when im in the mood rely on other openings otherwise

I don't play Bird's defense because black can equalize.

So, I play with white:

1.e4 d5 2.e5

1.e4 Nf6 d4

1. e4 e6 2.d4 d5 3.e5

1.e4 c5 2.c3

With black:

1.e4 d5 2.e5 c5

1.Nf3 d5

1.c4 c5

1. d4 f5
 

birds defence begins 1 f4 , as black i go for a kings indian v it

1 f4 knf6 , prevents e4

1 e4 nf6 d4 ?? knxe4

otherwise rest of lines look good at a glance

I hate, dislike D4 follwed by C4

I play it just to learn it.
