What is White's plan in the Najdorf?

Hello.  What is White's best plan in the English Attack against the Sicilian Najdorf with 6...e6 if Black doesn't castle but plays h5 to prevent White's pawnstorm idea?

For example in the following position:

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Thanks Fiveofswords. Looks like a better plan than the one I tried:

Not entirely sure what qualifies for a Paulsen, but at least the beginning is a Najdorf.

e6 does.

So some would refer to it as Najdorf with Scheveningen structure and some would call it Scheveningen (Paulsen) with a Najdorf moveorder.
Probably depending on where they come from. Are they playing Scheveningen and only later adapted the Najdorf Moveorder, or are they Najdorf players who only play this once in a while?

To me it is a Najdorf Scheveningen, since I used to play Najdorf and only later moved on to play e6 almost exclusively instead of altering the 6th move between e5 and e6.
But I admit that referring to it as Scheveningen or Paulsen with Najdorf moveorder is understandabe since it removes a wagonload of Najdorf theory.

But I think we can agree on calling it The English Attack. ;-)

theory in najdorf iis now exhausted.
