For the past few games i've played I did the same opening which looks like this:

I'd like to know what it's called and if it's an actual legitimate opening (which i higly doubt considering that i've been playing it ironically, but I did win some matches though XD). Everywhere I look it has a different name so please help

Probably most accurate is a "Crab Variation" (because playing a4 and h4 might resemble a crab pincers), but chess.com opening explorer won't recognize this variation and will just call this Ware Opening (1. a4) or Kadas Opening (1. h4) based on whichever pawn moved first.

As you may have guessed by the opening explorer not recognizing this, it isn't a good opening objectively. In fact, it is one of the worst openings because it blatantly neglects chess opening principles. These early pawn moves do nothing to fight for the center, do nothing to help piece development and also do nothing to help you get castled to safety. In fact, castling on either side in now weaker than before because the pawn advancing makes the King more exposed there.

Better to play opening principles and if the opponent tries these flank pawn moves, then you are likely best to simply ignore it and play more in the center they have neglected:

I think Crab Opening because of this video:
