Najdorf and semislav (merans) As white I play d4 and then c4 and I have certain preferences of what I like to play against but it's very specific
Whats your favorite opening ?
KIA all the way and maybe the Scandinavian defense, but the Ruy Lopez beats them all
super gms ruined the ruy lopez

why draw with berlin when you can win?
For white, I would choose the kings pawn opening, which leads to two of my favourites (Vienna Game and Italian Game AKA Fried Liver Attack)
For black, I absolutely love the Dragon Sicilian and the Euglund Gambit.
white ruy lopez I studed a lot of how to play it and perfect it
Black caro khan I just play that a lot

no opening is "perfect"
someone back me up here

For White: Center Game: Danish Gambit
For Black: Sicilian Defense: Old Sicilian Variation(or Englund Gambit)
White: Kings Indian Attack. I like this because I control the center from the flanks (I must be a reincarnation of Nimzowitsch) and pawn center remains flexible
Black: Caro Kann Defense. I like this because, like the Kings Indian Attack, the pawn structure is very solid and flexible and good for queenside cramping
White - Kings Indian Attack. It can give a very cramped position in the start but If you know how to play it you can get a great attacking position.
Black - Kings Indian defense. Same reason as above.
1. d4 anything 2. c3
Ok, I'll play 1...e5. 1.d4 e5 2.c3 exd4 3.cxd4 d5. Congrats! You just entered the Queen's Gambit Declined Exchange Variation (1.d4 d5 2.c4 e6 3.cxd5 exd5 is the exact same position!)
