For white, I would choose the kings pawn opening, which leads to two of my favourites (Vienna Game and Italian Game AKA Fried Liver Attack)
For black, I absolutely love the Dragon Sicilian and the Euglund Gambit.

For Black: Sicilian Defense: Old Sicilian Variation(or Englund Gambit)

White: Kings Indian Attack. I like this because I control the center from the flanks (I must be a reincarnation of Nimzowitsch) and pawn center remains flexible
Black: Caro Kann Defense. I like this because, like the Kings Indian Attack, the pawn structure is very solid and flexible and good for queenside cramping
White - Kings Indian Attack. It can give a very cramped position in the start but If you know how to play it you can get a great attacking position.
Black - Kings Indian defense. Same reason as above.
White: Ruy Lopez (1. e4, 2. Nf3, 3. Bb5)
Black: French Def. (1...e6 then I usually play 2...d5)
White: Ruy Lopez,Italian and Queen's Gambit Black: Najdorf Sicilian, Kan Sicilian, Normal King's pawn opening and that's all
