The Sozin as white against the Najdorf or Scheveningen. So much piece sacrificing potential for good compensation and crazy dynamic attacks.

I've been interested in trying the McDonnell /Grand Prix attack as white, when black plays the Sicilian. Anyone have any thoughts on the Grand Prix / McDonnell ?

There are lines in the Kan that encounter the Maroczy Bind. It's beatable with the Kan. I just played several online game as black with the Kan setup in different Maroczy Bind positions. White can lose

I play the Najdorf Sicilian with Kasparov's idea of playing ...e6, transposing into a Scheveningen while avoiding the Keres Attack. I play the English Opening or 1. d4 as White so I don't worry about playing the White side of the Sicilian.

Guys will you please stop spamming images on other peoples threads. It ruins the threads and its not fair on the OP.
I like the Moscow and Rossolimo because they strategically take black out of his or her main line Sicilian, while still allowing an open game at white's discretion. As a result, it's likely that I would be better booked up on the opening than my opponent (since they would have to spend time preparing their main line Sicilian, as well as spend time against other anti-sicilians while I would spend all of my time preparing a single family of lines). Unlike the c3 Sicilian and the Chameleon, the Bb5 Sicilians have the potential of getting into open positions with the sharpness of regular sicilian lines. My favorite aspect about the Bb5 Sicilians is their flexibility--white makes most of the decisions regarding variations during the opening, and in most lines, can choose to force black into either an open and dynamic game, or a very closed and positional one.

I usually don't see spammy pictures in threads actually discussing chess, not counting the silly "I invented my own opening" or "Opening X > Opening Y" threads. Or maybe I just tend to avoid those threads and don't notice them.

Had nothing to do with any bikini image. If you notice from page 1 the images were deleted. Those weren't bikini images.
well im a 1.e4 e5 player but i think i would have preferred the paulsen sicilian. its sound and good theoretically and the popular white plan of a quick Be3 and castle queenside is not good against it
