Id play it from both sides without any bigger complaints.
Maybe as black go for b4-b5 and try to break up the Queenside for some activity and free that ugly bishop.
Tho i like the freedom and the space that white enjoys, which is pretty normal in the caro i guess.
But other than those short thoughts, id say there everything to play for still.
Black seems solid, Slight advantage to white would be my 2 cents.

7... Bf5 is a far better move and is also shown as best in the game explorer here. Why leave the B/c8 when you don't have to ? 7.... e6 is simply inferior and I cant find any Karpov games in which 7... e6 was played. The diagrammed position is better ( not winning ) for white because of white's advantage in development and space , white's position is also easier to play imo. 365chess.com has a bigger game explorer than here and I use it quite a bit. I also use the game explorer here as well as chess assistant . If white playes 7 c3 then ... Bg4 is a good response but bad against 7 Bc4 .
I WOULD JUST LIKE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO PLAY AN OPPONENT ONLINE MOVE FOR MOVE AND NOT HAVE TO WAIT A DAY HOW DO I DO THIS COULD YOU OR ANYONE ELSE HELP ME
