Why do databases include low rated games?

I will be looking at games from unusual openings in 365's database and the play seems weird and it will turn out the game is from a girls under 10 years old tournament, so maybe from 1000 ranked players. Why aren't they limited to 1800 plus or 2000 plus or old games from obviously decent players or from events where the players have to be decent?

Maybe you should ask there.

I would recommend using Lichess's opening database but it's down until the end of the month.

Chessbase database has Andrew Tang's bullet games. It's ridiculous.
