Ah, well, that's a problem for me-- my knee arthritis pretty much constrains me to automatics . . .
but I do wear size 14 (U.S.) shoes . . . 
I heard that Cystem has...inserts.
Cystem same here, have to travel out of town or look online to find shoes my size. While I don't have knee arthritis, I do have knee tendonitis :(
