Enoniugnep. I'm not sure if I will explain this correctly, but I will try. Winning percentile is a measurement of where you are at percentage wise on the global ranking on chess.com. Players that have an ELO of 1400, for example, are generally at an 80% percentile, meaning that they have ranked higher then 80% of all players globally on chess.com. And I stand corrected, I think Hikura is 100% percentile, as a certain number of grandmasters earn this percentile before going down to 99%, and I'm not certain of the number. Bottom line is Hikura is powerhouse of a player. He may not be the best, but he's pretty close.
