bobby is my name and DK is international short for denmark.
so Bobby from Denmark.
I choose my name as a 5 year old because I had to change my name because my former name Bent didn't do well in english speaking countries.
As a child I played with a lot from US and Australia and they laughed hard each time I told my name Bent. guess why

I think you should have just kept it ... probably worked well with certain "circles" ... and anyway, who cares? it's your name! if you look at Thai name (where I am currently), you'd find far more to wonder about! :)

Interesting thread, my name is quite basic. Ca stands for Canada, where I've lived for many years. Badenwurt is short for the name of the province in Germany where I was born.

VULPES_VULPES, I think this thread is so neat. I enjoy reading how others decided on their username.
it's very long story going about 13 years back.. but long story short it stands "Sa- N(and) - An - 22" which are the first 2 letters of of 2 names...and "22" is my birthday
however I've stopped thinking about this long ago, but I'm still using it because I'll probably never forget it or the username

Hm, that actually is one I've wondered about. I used to have a tough time remembering it, though I think I've got it down now...
Well,I have two christian names,Johan & Wilfried.There are many Johans around but apparently no Wilfrieds,so yeah.....
