crossing 2100 in bullet chess might not be as difficult as it seems.
How I cross 2100
Sort:
You just need great coach/mentor and spartan life. You won't see any chess player on tabloid pages - they live just brutal life.
Also what is your age ? If you're after 30 forget about it.
Recipe for real high ratings in chess:
- start at early age 7-10 - must be before puberty because at that age kids get distracted with other preocupations (sports, girls, night life ..)
- good coaches/mentor and assistants
- spartan life
- total dedication to chess only
- single life or dedicated spouse no kids
Best results in chess are achieved between ages 25-35 although there are a few exceptions like Korchnoi and Bobby Fisher but these are exemptions.
Before its too late...if a 1800 players want to cross 2100 in two years what he should do?
1. Play hundreds of blitz playing the same opening again and again resist boredom.
2. Study your openings only forget others
3. Don't play for a draw go all out for win everygame
4. Analyse all your game with engines
5. Go through all your game(1000 games) without analysing.
