Trysts, your disagreement is noted. Funny, while I could see us having a civil discussion or debate on the topic, many in the U.S. are too stubborn to even be willing to debate another with different views. Again, the "Roman Empire" comparison...
I'm quite sure that 9/11 was, at the very least, allowed to happen, though I am quite sure that that means it was directed by people in the highest positions of this government. But, debating the matter, after years and years of debating with people, is pretty useless in my opinion. I do like your Roman Empire analogy though!

The analogy is funny-in a bad way for us. It reminds me of the saying that those that do not know history are doomed to repeat it. There are other examples of civilizations crumbling due to excess, greed, corruption, etc. This was just the most obvious comparison.

I could use the internet but it takes so much time and I don't have any way to verify what I find. There's a lot of stuff out there, and people often look for ways to justify their ideas based on whatever scraps of info they can find instead of doing what you said and approaching it without prejudice.
I edited my post to "theory" instead of conspiracy.
For three years I did NOT think about who really did 9/11, and it would have been 11 years if not for a friend demanding me to at least do an internet investigation for a few days. I did. Then I needed a few more days, then I needed to read a couple books while investigating it. One of the saddest times in my life was realizing what assholes we have running this country. It was truly an unforgettable time in my life.
Who is "we" and what is "this country"? You're not an American.
"We", are people living in this country. "This country", is considered the united states of America. Yes, I am glad you remember that I will NOT claim to be an American. Screw America.
Tryst, you appear not to like living in America very much. What country would you enjoy living in ?
I enjoy living in this country, but this country has one of the most suck-ass governments in the history of human existence.
You mean our glorious leader, the man who walks on water, is nothing but a big suck ass ?

You seem to have an incredible ability to completely miss the point.

Whats the point Einstein ?

The problem with conspiracies is that it takes folks working together to pull them off. People aren't very good at working together. Plus the folks then have to keep their mouths shut. The latter is nearly impossible for most folks.
Usually the simplest answer is the rightest. Shoddy workmanship.

Well, how about the mafia? They are pretty darn good at working together and not many of them ever had trouble to keep their mouth shut. So, "impossible" is not the right term to use here.

Well they are definitely the "Most ENTRUSTING players"! (Plus you can learn to swim with concrete slippers should you be chatty)

trysts, I'm confused (about many things I'm sure), were you born in USA or not?
Yes, I was born here.

"A new study suggests the problem is not specific to Scandinavia, finding that high suicide rates accompany high rates of happiness in comparisons of U.S. states as well."
From the 2nd or 3rd paragraph of the study you state.
