If your asking about here, this topic won't stick around since the use of engines in games are not allowed.
If you mean in correspondence that allows their use, that would certainly be a different question and you could probably just find the most famous person on the top of the rating list for organizations that allow it.
Centaurs (players that use a chessbot partner when they play matches) aren't really talked about, but there has to be at least a handful of well known individuals who are centaurs, who are they?
