Yeah, his history is pretty obvious - stacks premoves and bails if player isn't falling for it. There's a guy who I played against that always rushes bishop out to attack queen in openings. It usually takes about a second. If you catch it, he bails and game isn't counted. Bails defined as 'resigning' because in that quick of time, it doesn't take rating. No clue why. When you resign, ...YOU RESIGN!
Extremely frustrating. The settings on the server are certainly favoring jerks like that. There should be a toggle for just this:
No-Escape! - Lose connection or abort is losing rating, period.
Then make option to only play other No-Escape! setting players.

Anyone who disconnects loses the game if not reconnected in 2 minutes. If the game is rated, then YES, ratings do take effect, even on a disconnect

Well yes but what he was pointing out is that the ratings did not take effect which was the cheating part..
