yes
If you beat a lower rated player, you get less than you would if you beat a higher rated.
Also, if you lose to a lower player, you lose way more than if you lose to an = or higher

Could someone please let me know how the ratings work ie : if i play someone with a rating of 850 and i am a 1100 rating do i get less points as the other player is rated under me, And vice versa. As i am new and have only played one game online. Any feed back would be helpful, Thanks
