@Netzach: It was only a list of very good football players who do not come from Argentina nor Brazil. I also did not include football players from Belgium, Wales, Greece, Austria, Norway, Sweden, Japan, Finland, Ireland, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Cameroon, Ghana etc... I would mention Kenny Dalglish, Gordon Strachan and the Flo.

You showed a picture of a Scottish football player scoring one goal.  I present this video with a match between the Scottish national team and the Dutch with a lot of goals: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hn8BwSWZ0Uo

And the beautiful goal of Archie Gemmil:

@Smyslovfan: You are correct about Gordon Banks and Ray Clemence. I knew Peter Shilton was not the best English goalie, but I could not remember their names so quickly.

I had also more defenders in my mind (Costacurta, Carnavaro, Franco Baresi, Puyol, Koeman, Manfred Kalz) but I thought that the list was already long enough and I am a forward. Attacking players come more into my mind. I could have mentioned Klinnsmann, Matthäus, Sammer, vanderElst, Vercauteren, Luc Nilis, Ruud van Nistelrooij, Jan Vertonghen, Eric Gerets, Prudhomme, Pfaff and so on, and so on. Is a list complete without Butragueno and Hugo Sanchez?

Andy: did you know all the players I mentioned in my list? :-)

I know all the players on your list. Very good football players. Gordon Banks is a genius, the best goalkeeper I ever saw. Do you remember the incredible action between Pelé and Banks in the World Cup Mexico 70. Just amazing!

There are many fabulous football players in every country, I know it, but the top ten of great players almost belong to brazilian and argentinian players.

Did you notice that Pele signed it for his fanboy. Pele was a great ambassador, he had time for even the ballboys!

Well, I don't care for football, but others say I'm mad.

And, please, don't stereotype my relatives-unless you want PPV.
