Crazyhouse- Disconnected?

I lost a Crazyhouse 3+2 game due to an unexplained disconnection.

I was actively sitting and waiting for the opponent’s move when I was flagged for time. There was no indication that I had disconnected, and the board didn’t freeze or show any alerts. Had I been informed, I would’ve immediately switched to mobile data (which I eventually did, but by then it was too late). This caused me to lose rating points in a hard-earned range (~2120), and I would request you review the game and restore the lost rating or investigate the server error. Scoring +20 points at this level is extremely time-intensive due to the lack of equally rated players. Thanks for your help.
