when you have played chess960, have you ever randomly gotten this position?

Yeah. it is one of the 960 Initial Setups. 

One of the Random Fischer series.

FIDE adopted it as the Usual Starting Position, following a Chess.com recommendation.

It made @erik a Household Name, but Danny Rensch should have got the credit.

I knew it was one of the 960 setups -_-
