How do I determine if my game is even? help

I’ve made this game that I’m calling secret service, where the object is to guide the president, (the king), to the White House (other side of the board), using his army of four secret service members (Pawns) to protect him and clear a path. He is up against an army of 5 Aides (Pawns) from the incumbent administration, who refuse to leave the White House, and are actually trying to kill the newly inaugurated president. It’s not inspired by current events. All pieces, the secret service, the aides, and the president, all move the same way a king would in chess. To kill the president, an aide would just need to capture it the same way capturing is done in chess. The unique aspect is that secret servicemen and aides don’t kill or capture each other, they just push each other, so it’s also fairly similar to football, where a running back has an army of blockers who push the defense to clear a way for the running back. That is actually how the game started, as football-chess. So either side can push a pawn of the other side back, sideways or diagonal, as long as there is an open space behind it for the pushed pawn to move into. You may move every piece once in your turn. The only weird rule to remember is that an aide can’t capture the king going diagonally between two secret servicemen, because they are just clearly in a protective formation in that position. So an aide on a1 can’t capture a president on b2 when he has secret servicemen on a2 and b1. Anyway, I’ve been playing it with friends and family, but there is no one who is quite the same level as me, so it’s hard to say which side, the new or the incumbent administration, is better to play. I have a hunch that being the offensive secret service side is slightly better but I just don’t know. Is there any way to find out? Ideally I would have alpha zero just play itself a million times, but that is of course not in my reach. I also have zero coding experience. Is there some site that can help with this idk what to do. I was also hoping maybe someone with a much higher chess IQ would be interested enough to play it, and could analyze it better and see how even it is.

Idk how gameplay would work, probably just switching sides until a round where a player won as both offense and defense. I still say offense and defense as it started as football chess.
