why i cant resign, i'm the only?, you click the button and nothing happens

Yeah but I’m good at fog of war so I won’t resign

That happens to me as well when I want to resign. Keep clicking on it and after about 4 or 5 goes, it resigns. Maybe there's a specific part of the button that you have to click on? Anyway just keep clicking and you'll be able to resign eventually.
