Cool
im constantly tilting in 3 check

Oh friend it is just the way of chess life! It always happens to me, sometimes I am a 1800, sometimes a 1700. Chess is like a wheel that is constantly rolling, sometimes at the top, sometimes at the bottom, it is very normal.

If this happens to me, I will usually ignore it, because one's true skill is not based on your rating, but you must understand that it is from your inner 'feeling'. If you feel happy, you play well, if you feel sad or demotivated, you play badly. So never feel too competitive in chess, don't rage when you lose. If you keep a peaceful mindset in chess, you can always play to your best ability!

I wish you, my friend all the best! Play your best! Try your best not to feel demotivated by your rating. Before you even knew it, your rating will return back to 1850!

KDK gave some good advice. Rating fluctuations are very normal. Don't get discouraged. Recently I was 2442 on lichess but yesterday I dropped below 2300. Usually when that happens it means that I'm burned out or that I haven't been getting enough sleep lately. Nutrition, mood, and whether or not you are fully focused are a few more of the many facrors that affect how well you play.
Usually what helps me is to take a break for a while to give my brain time to rest and recover from decision fatigue. Decision fatigue is basically just being "burned out" and is independent on whether you got a good nights sleep or not. The more decions you make over the course of a day (such as deciding what moves to play in a chess game) the more fatigued your mind becomes and as a result the quality of subsequent decions becomes lower and lower. In order to combat this you have to give your brain a break to replenish your mental energy. Try taking a break for a day or two. I think that will help.
maybe ur just a little too risky sometimes and shld stop playing until you dont feel the constant urge to take the risk... because that's what i encountered when i tilted in blitz or what so ever.

Just stay calm and play normally! I used to keep on tilting in 3-check. I was 1300, the next day I became 1260. Now, when I started playing blitz and took a break for some time in 3-check, I increased to 1360.
