A: That doesn't happen in the 700 elo range, that's just for them (Well, almost never. I don't do it.) I play king's pawn opening, Petrov's defense, And the Ruy Lopez when applicable. If I'm playing as black and they start with queen's pawn opening, I'll switch to queen's pawn opening.
