Jokes aside, that's not a variant. I'm guessing a simple double-checking of your opponent's move will be sufficient to determine whether it is illegal or not

Yesterday I conceived a chess variant that I think would be really fun to play:
The setup is as the regular chess, but every piece looks the same. You are even allowed to move every single piece wherever you want.
BUT: once a player moves a piece that normally wouldn‘t be able to move there in regular chess, and the opponent points that out, the player loses instantly. And if the opponent is wrong about that, he himself loses instantly.
Does anyone know if a chess variant like that exists and if so what is it called?
