What I see is just a large board with chess pieces form several orthodox sets on it. So what do you offer that makes this worth a kickstarter project, which people cannot already buy elsewhere? It is true that 14x14 boards are not standard, but it would be trivial to create one just using four cheap vinyl boards and scissors; even the most inept could probably do that. (And then they won't be annoyed by sponsor ads...)
As to the game itself: I did not find a precise rule description. But if the pieces move according to FIDE rule, the large number of those in combination with a very large board, will cause games to be very lengthy, and likely boring. The huge number of Pawns seems to favor the defender, as they could easily lead to locked Pawn chains, separating the armies. So a serious question is whether anyone would like to play this at all. Have you actually play-tested this variant?
