Royal Decree Chess

The same rules as a regular chess except for these changes.

The Queen cannot capture. It support all of the allied pieces she sees instead of making capture. The Queen can now move and support pieces like an Amazon piece (combination of Queen and Knight). All allied pieces she sees can move twice except pawns. All pawns she sees instead can capture a piece in front of them. Pawns can only be promoted to regular Queen, Chancellor and Archbishop.

The one who checkmate his opponent King wins. 

so does the get the extra move if it moves infront of the quen. like i play 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 (moving my knight in the sight of the queen) can i now play 3.Nxe5? or can my piece only move twice if it starts in the sight of the queen

All pieces can only move twice only if the queen sees them at the start of the turn.
