The #1 player of the giveaway variant

Our champion, our #1 player by rating at the moment, the one and only LushChildDad. The guy destroys players below 1600 for breakfast. He is so good against them, that he only plays them. Exclusively. So much so that after chatting with a few of his fellow top 20 rated players, none of them played against him.

So, my point being. Players below 1600, stop feeding him your points. Let him face the music and play stronger opponents, because by the way he is playing, he will be eaten alive against us. AveMaryy or Akj deserve the #1 spot, not you.

Imagine having over 30,000 games, and all of them against players 1600 or less, while you are 2500. What a joke.

Perhaps you can propose to chess.com that lower ranking players can challenge higher ranking players but not the opposite; and, since it seems for you It's a big deal, that there is a minimum of 3 games per challenge.

I think it's sad that I set my challenges to a minimum of 500 below me and even when the rating difference is so large, I play the disadvantageous F4 as white and F5 as black, yet he plays players almost 1000 rating points lower, plays only them and plays them unironically.

I don't think I ever saw AveMaryy or Akj playing such low rated players like he does. Maybe once in a while when there aren't any high rated players around, but not exclusively.

There is a reason the seek function for regular chess seeks someone in your rating range. Someone playing like LushChildDad 24/7 can surpass Hikaru in rating while having a fraction of the skill.

those are the rules for this variant... u either promote/propose a change within chess.com, accept the rules or just don't play; ranting is pointless.
