when you capture a piece, instead, both pieces would swap positions. no pieces can disappear In the game. only way to win is checkmate or opponent timing out. You can ‘capture’, and warp your own pieces as well. The queen can’t warp with enemy piece, so to get out of check, a piece of yours has to warp with it. The queen can’t move when in check.

Doesn't add up. If I can only threaten to swap my piece with a King, I can't threaten to take a King. So it's never check or mate.
I tried :(
