What is the name of this 4 Players chess variant on standard chess board?

Hi,

How is called the chess variant where one standard chess board with its pieces is used but there are four players, two in each team. Turns are taken team by team.

One turn is made by both teammates in particular order:

- First Teammate says out loud the name of the figure (not giving any other clues, not even which figure he means if there are more on the chessboard, just the name of the piece, for example "rook").

- The second teammate has to move a figure which the first one named, and he has to decide by himself where to move it, without any consultation with his teammate.

After that it's the turn of the team playing the opposite color.

All other rules remains the same.
