In this game of horde my opponent timed out and the game was a draw. From what I understand the only time a game is a draw by timeout is if the side that times out has only a king and knight, or king and bishop, and in my case I still have a bunch of pieces left.

That's kind of the point of being in the beta group. You get to try out new stuff but you are supposed to let them know there are problems...
