Maybe... I have an idea

start: 1000 points, and 100 is your minimum.

Win: if you are rated below your opponent, then you get 8+the integer part of rating change/50 points. If not, you get 8-the integer part of rating change/50 points. If the rating change is 0, you get 8 points

Lose: if you are rated above your opponent, then you lose 8+the integer part of rating change/50 points. If not, you lose 8-the integer part of rating change/50 points. If the rating change is 0 then you lose 8 points.

Draw: Nothing

So, I am currently 110 elo.

edit: Actually I'm now 1008 since I updated the rating system
