The communication rules should be clear and binding. That does not seem to be the case here. I understood it that way: No pming. Yes on forums. 

 

What was it that we agreed on? At first I thought we said no strategy discussion or move suggestions at all, but that does not seem to be the case here. If it is reds turn, is yellow allowed to tell red what move he should make in the forum?

 

Also, this was not what we agreed on, but I think you should always be able to ask your partner if he thinks resignation or draw offer (or accept draw offer) is ok. Also reminding your partner to move is always ok.

 

I don't want to be super strict with these rules if someone wants to make a comment not meant for helping your partner (such as "Nice move"). The goal is just to let each player think for themselves.
