I had already seen it and was just waiting for the board to double check, but I completely agree with evert823.

I agree with evert823. I'm not the ruler of all games and I can't decide punishments.

But since I'm the director of this tournament, I will say that if Ry (or anyone) continues to make comments on the current position of a game (after being warned), it's possible he will be barred from future tournaments.

Kibitzing like that happens all the time, and I have witnessed much worse cases than "OMG" in an obviously hanging piece situation.

This is online, you people are so not tough. Saying "OMG", especially in this kind of situation, is not as serious as I have seen while playing blitz games with my friends, mostly between rounds. People have helped me and my opponent win many times! If my opponent had mate in one, someone would not say "OMG", but some annoying person(and there almost always is) blurts out, "He has a mate in one!"

Who cares about some friends playing blitz between rounds.

This is a rated tournament game. I'm guessing you and your friends are not acting the same way you describe during a round in the playing hall next to a game.
